Elle is on the cover of Marie Claire february issue featuring a wonderful new photoshoot by Thomas Whiteside.

I meet Elle Fanning in a London hotel restaurant, where she jumps up to hug me the minute I arrive. It is noon on Sunday, “so should we order breakfast or lunch?” she asks the waiter, who is just as uncertain. He says she probably knows the menu better than he does by now, given that she’s been living here for six months while filming Hulu’s forthcoming show The Great, about Catherine the Great. I tell her I want this interview to be a natural conversation rather than a recitation of a list of questions. “Oh, good,” she says, her blond hair falling onto the straps of her babydoll petticoat dress, a smudge of last night’s mascara under one eye. “Interviews terrify me! No matter how comfortable you feel or how lovely the person, it’s still like, what I say is gonna be out there forever.” – Read the full interview

Some other wonderful photoshoots came out in the past few days. Be sure to check out the newest photos in our gallery.

Netflix has released the key art (much like a traditional poster) for ‘All the Bright Places‘, where Elle plays Violet. It is set to be available on the streaming service on February 28th.

Based on the internationally bestselling novel by Jennifer Niven, All The Bright Places tells the story of Violet Markey (Elle Fanning) and Theodore Finch (Justice Smith), who meet and change each other’s lives forever. As they struggle with the emotional and physical scars of their past, they come together, discovering that even the smallest places and moments can mean something. This compelling drama provides a refreshing and human take on the experience of mental illness, its impact on relationships, as well as the beauty and lasting impact of young love.
